Todai is an intermediation and placement platform for independent professionals (freelancers) specialized in Data, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence, working with client companies. The placement activity is carried out on a commercial basis, without managing any employment contract.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, the Todai brand, structure, source code) is the exclusive property of TODAI, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The names, photos and data of the freelancers presented on the site are published with their agreement or in anonymized form. Anyone wishing to correct or remove their information can write to contact@todai.fr.

5. Personal data

Information collected through the forms (recruitment, freelance application, business referral, contact) is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés). 6. Cookies and trackers

This site only uses strictly necessary audience measurement cookies (Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights). These cookies are exempt from prior consent under CNIL (French data protection authority) deliberation no. 2020-091, provided the measurement is anonymized and limited to the purposes of the site. No data is shared for advertising purposes.

7. Use of the site

Access to and consultation of the site are free of charge. Users agree not to disrupt the operation of the site (unauthorized scraping, attacks, automated collection), not to use the content for commercial purposes without permission, and to provide accurate information when filling in a form.

Todai strives to keep the published information accurate but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the site. Todai cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or the inability to access it.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after any attempt at amicable resolution has failed, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
